The Cuyahoga County Residental Provider Consortium offers supported living for, mental illness, Mental retardation, physical disabilities, MR/DD, and developmental disabilites. Members also provide Residential Treatment, housing, group homes, subsidized apartments, supported disability employment, adult day care, social security disability and individual service plans (ISP).
